(1) “Ok Sign” Arm up and slightly to side: bend wrist back
(2) Arm straight slightly away from side: curl fingers; flex the wrist; push arm back and rotate wrists; tilt head away
(3) Arm straight slightly away from side: straight fingers; palm forward; raise arm up to “tray hold” position
