(1) Arm straight slightly away from side with palm facing back; bend the wrist with fingers straight: pulse the arm back and out; 10x
(2) Arm same as above: rotate the hand pointing fingers away and towards the body 10x
(3) Arm straight slightly away from side; straight wrist with fingers straight: rotate the hand pointing palms forward and back while tilting the head 10x
(4) Arm up and straight to side palm down making a fist: drop the head away and back while bending the wrist to 90º - Radial Nerve Neurodynamics– Abelson Chiro

(1) Hold 2 tennis balls with arms straight in front of body: rotate the palms up and down to end range of movement; 10x
(2) Arm straight at side with palm facing back: rotate palm and/or drop head to side towards or away 10x
(3) Arm straight out to side: fingers down with palm on the wall; drop head to side; 10x
