Note: it’s easy to irritate the nerve so choose one or two of these exercises and do 10x

  1. Radial – Median – Ulnar Nerve Neurodynamics – Physiotutors
    Median Nerve 1:30 – Ulnar Nerve 2:30 – Radial Nerve 3:30
  2. Radial Nerve Neurodynamics – Dr. Jo Physio
    (1) Arm straight slightly away from side with palm facing back; bend the wrist with fingers straight: pulse the arm back and out; 10x
    (2) Arm same as above: rotate the hand pointing fingers away and towards the body 10x
    (3) Arm straight slightly away from side; straight wrist with fingers straight: rotate the hand pointing palms forward and back while tilting the head 10x
    (4) Arm up and straight to side palm down making a fist: drop the head away and back while bending the wrist to 90º
  3. Radial Nerve Neurodynamics– Abelson Chiro
    Radial Nerve Anatomy 0:00; Radial Nerve Flossing Techniques 2:30
    (1) Hold 2 tennis balls with arms straight in front of body: rotate the palms up and down to end range of movement; 10x
    (2) Arm straight at side with palm facing back: rotate palm and/or drop head to side towards or away 10x
    (3) Arm straight out to side: fingers down with palm on the wall; drop head to side; 10x
    (4) Arm straight at side with palm facing back: move the head up and away; 10x

    – Arm straight, slightly away from side & shoulder depressed: make a fist with thumb inside fingers; rotate hand dropping head to side of arm rotating
  5. Radial Nerve Neurodynamics – [P]Rehab Physios
    – Arm straight, slightly away from side & shoulder depressed: make a fist with thumb inside fingers; rotate hand dropping head away from the arm rotating
