- GLUTEUS MAXIMUS: the Inferior Gluteal Nerve; root L5, S1 and S2 of the Sacral Plexus
- GLUTEUS MEDIUS, GLUTEUS MINIMUS, TFL: the Superior Gluteal Nerve; L4, L5, and S1 of the Sacral Plexus.
- ITB: shares the innervation of the TFL and Gluteus Maximus via the Superior Gluteal Nerve (SGN) and Inferior Gluteal Nerve (IGN), respectively
- SARTORIUS: the Femoral Nerve of the Lumbar Plexus; L2, L3, L4
