  1. Flossing the Obturator Nerve .
    – Innervates the Obturator Externus & Ad-ductors
    (1) Test: perform #2 below; if there is some relief from the pain the nerve is involved
    (2) Obturator Nerve Gliding: sitting; hands behind back; chin down; move leg out while lifting head up and back; 15 reps; 4-5x per day
    (3) Obturator Nerve Stretching: drop head down as the leg is moved out
