(A) front bridge hand‐knee: bird-dog (B) front bridge elbow (forearm)‐knee: bird-dog variation (C) front bridge elbow (forearm)‐toes: bird-dog variation (D) side bridge (E) knee raise: edge of table; knees flexed 90º at start of lift
