(1) Tennis Ball toss against the wall: underhand & overhead
(2) Tai Chi pushing arms forward and pulling back: palms facing away on the push; rotate palms up on the pull
(3) Tai Chi Waving at Clouds: circling of arms side to side

(1) Arm to side parallel to floor elbow flexed 90º – see video
(2) Arm to side parallel to floor elbow flexed 90º – fingers straight; wrist bent; straighten arm and drop head towards or away
(3) Arm straight slightly away from side – fingers straight; wrist straight; palm facing forward; point fingers back and then to floor
(4) Arm straight to side parallel to floor – fingers straight; palms facing up; rotate head away and extend the wrist
