- Trail Leg Slide . Hurdle placed sideways; Slide leg along to of hurdle; Can be done with Squat Rack Safeties or Sofa Arm or your Bed etc
- Hip Circles . Use a Foam Roller Tall or Short or any object that works, ie: Traffic Cone
- Glute Bridge Leg Whips . Use a Foam Roller Tall or Short or any object that works, ie: Traffic Cone
- Ankles (No Video) – One foot behind the body; on top of the toes (Ballerina); circles each way and side to side
